Millet Red Velvet Cake Recipe (with Kaimurruku.com 16 Millets Powder)

Ingredients
For the Cake:
½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
½ cup condensed milk
1½ cups warm milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Red food coloring (as needed)
1 tbsp vinegar
1½ cups Kaimurruku.com 16 Millets Powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
¾ tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
250g cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups Cane jaggery
Instructions
Prepare the Cake Batter:
In a bowl, whisk butter and condensed milk until soft and fluffy.
Add warm milk, vanilla extract, red food coloring, and vinegar. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, sift together Kaimurruku.com 16 Millets Powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.
Baking:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease and line a cake tin.
Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
Prepare the Frosting:
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Add vanilla extract and gradually mix in Cane Jaggery until fluffy.
Assemble the Cake:
Spread the frosting over the cooled cake.
Slice and enjoy a nutrient-rich and wholesome red velvet cake!
Fruit jam :
Take your favorite fruit and boil it in medium flame & add cane jaggery as per your taste to it , boil it well until it thickens - cool it down and put in a hand mixer and partially grind it
